Q: Are cookies made in a nut free environment?

A: No, the cookies are not made in a nut free environment. Most cookies can be made without nuts upon request, but the environment itself is NOT nut free.

Q: How big are the stuffed cookies?

A: Stuffed cookies are approximately 3-4 oz each.

Q: What is the best way to enjoy the stuffed cookies?

A: I recommend heating them in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.

Q: For trays that are made for pickup and delivery, how many cookies are there per pound?

A: Cookies on assorted trays and in packages average 16-20 per pound. 

Q: Are the cookies made with preservatives?

A: My cookies are not made with any added preservatives. For best taste, please enjoy or freeze within 3-4 days after receiving them.

Q: How quickly will my order be filled?

A: Orders are filled in the order in which they are received. Typical turnaround time varies from 2-6 business days depending on how many orders are ahead of you. If you want them for a specific date please order ahead! 

Q: How will the cookies be shipped?

A: Cookies are shipped Monday-Thursday via USPS or UPS. Tracking will be provided as soon as the package is shipped. Once the order has shipped, we have no control over USPS or UPS or what happens to the package. Packages typically arrive between 2-6 days. If your package is damaged, opened, or lost please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for reshipping or refunding if the package gets sent back due to an incorrect address. If that happens, you would need to contact and file a claim directly with USPS. 

Q: Do you have a refund policy?

A: Once an order is placed through the website, any approved request for a refund, for any reason, will be subject to the online processing fee.

Q: Can cookies be shipped to a PO box?

A: No, at this time, cookies cannot be shipped to a PO box.
